Our method, as free Claude skills. Get our resources

Take our tools with you.

Three of the ways we work, written down as Claude skills. Each one keeps your design tied to your numbers, the way we keep ours.

They’re free. Download one, add it to Claude, and ask the way you normally would. If you get stuck anywhere, write to and we’ll help you through it.

    Your Numbers Are the Brief

    BriefsAny design work

Turns any design request into a one-page brief: the metrics the design must move, today’s baselines for them, and how you’ll tell if they moved. No numbers, no brief.

Use it when someone asks for new ads, a landing page, a redesign or a rebrand.

    Store Teardown

    StoreConversion

Share screenshots of your product page, cart or checkout. It ranks what’s most likely costing you orders, ties each issue to the metrics it hurts, and gives a concrete fix. Cash on delivery, local payments, Arabic and English are all checked.

Use it when people add to cart but don’t buy, or before you touch a page.

    Campaign Test Log

    AdsCreative tests

Plans each ad creative test around one clear idea and its target metrics, against your account’s current best ad, with the baselines written down first. Before launch it walks the path from the ad to the order; after, it shows where people dropped off. Every result goes in the log, losses included.

Use it when you’re making new ads, clicks aren’t turning into orders, or you’re asking “did this ad work?”

Adding a skill to Claude

  1. In the Claude app, put the file in a folder of the same name (store-teardown), rename it SKILL.md, zip the folder, and upload the ZIP under Customize, then Skills. Skills need a paid plan with code execution turned on.
  2. In Claude Code, do the same inside ~/.claude/skills/, without the zip, so the file sits at ~/.claude/skills/store-teardown/SKILL.md.
  3. Then just ask. “Tear down my checkout” or “we need new ads” is enough; Claude picks up the skill on its own.
